Green Tea and Watermelon Spritzer

Fresh juices and mint topped off with seltzer make a light and refreshing non-alcoholic drink, but with an extra special touch: it’s poured over delicious ice cubes made of green tea and watermelon juice.
Ingredients
- 16 ounces Luzianne Iced Green Tea, brewed and sweetened to taste
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 1 large sprig mint
- Watermelon Juice and Green Tea Ice Cubes (recipe follows)
- 1/2 cup seltzer water
Directions
- Combine the tea, lime juice and mint in a carafe or pitcher. Pour into glasses filled with Watermelon Juice and Green Tea ice cubes and top off with seltzer. Serve immediately.
- 1 cup seedless watermelon, cut into pieces
- 8 ounces Luzianne Iced Green Tea, brewed and chilled
- Puree watermelon pieces in a blender until completely smooth. Strain juice through a fine mesh strainer to remove solids.
- Combine the tea and watermelon juice, mix well, and pour into ice cube trays; freeze. Makes about 18 ice cubes.
