HOW TO ENTER FOR A CHANCE TO WIN: No purchase necessary. Limit one (1) entry per person. The Luzianne® Tea & St. Paul & The Broken Bones Giveaway 2026 (“Giveaway”) begins September 28, 2026 at 8:00 AM EST and ends October 12, 2026 at 8:00 AM EST (“Promotional Period”). During the Promotional Period, visit the official Luzianne Tea account on Instagram or Facebook and LIKE or COMMENT on the official Giveaway post. Both actions must be completed during the Promotional Period to constitute one (1) eligible entry. Entrants must comply with the applicable terms and policies of Instagram and/or Facebook. Use of multiple accounts or identities to obtain more than one entry may result in disqualification.

This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Facebook.

DRAWING: Two (2) potential winners will be selected at random on or about October 13, 2026 by officially designated representatives of Luzianne® Tea from among all eligible entries received during the Promotional Period. Each potential winner will be notified via Direct Message from the official Luzianne Tea Instagram or Facebook account through the platform used to enter. If a selected potential winner does not respond within twenty-four (24) hours of the first attempt to notify them, is determined to be ineligible, or fails to provide any required documentation within the requested time period, the potential winner may be disqualified and an alternate potential winner may be selected.

PRIZE: The Giveaway is limited to two (2) Prize Packages awarded to two (2) winners following the conclusion of the Promotional Period. Upon confirmation of eligibility, each winner will receive one (1) Luzianne® Tea & St. Paul & The Broken Bones Giveaway 2026 Prize Package consisting of:

Prizes may not be transferred, assigned, redeemed for cash, or substituted by a winner. Winners are responsible for consulting a tax advisor, if necessary, and paying any federal, state, and local taxes that may be due as a result of receiving a prize.

ELIGIBILITY: Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry and who are not otherwise ineligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Employees of Luzianne® Tea and Reily Foods Company and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, divisions, agents, advertising and promotion agencies involved in the Giveaway, and prize suppliers (collectively, “Promotion Entities”), as well as members of their immediate families and persons residing in the same household, are not eligible to enter or win. Each potential winner may be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release and, where lawful, Publicity Release, and return all required documentation within twenty-four (24) hours following receipt. Failure to execute and return required documentation within the prescribed period may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate potential winner.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS: There shall be no prize substitution, except that Luzianne® Tea, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to substitute a prize or prize component of comparable value if any advertised prize or component becomes unavailable for any reason.

Prizes may not be assigned or transferred. Any prize notification returned as undeliverable or any failure by a potential winner to respond within the required period may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate potential winner.

By accepting a Prize Package, each winner agrees that Luzianne® Tea, Reily Foods Company, and their respective parents, divisions, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising/promotional agencies, prize suppliers, employees, officers, directors, representatives, shareholders, successors, assigns, and agents will have no liability or responsibility whatsoever for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind resulting from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any component of the Prize Package.

Winners are responsible for consulting a tax advisor if necessary and paying any and all taxes that may be due resulting from receipt of a prize.

Information collected in connection with the Giveaway may be used to administer the Giveaway, contact potential winners, verify eligibility, fulfill prizes, and for research, development, reporting, and analytics without sharing personally identifiable information except as necessary to administer the Giveaway or as otherwise permitted by law. CHOICE OF LAW; CONSENT TO JURISDICTION: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Louisiana without reference to any conflicts of law principles. With respect to any action for enforcement of this Agreement, each Party hereby consents to the exclusive jurisdiction of any State court located within the Parish of Orleans, State of Louisiana, and, if Federal jurisdiction exists, the concurrent jurisdiction of the Federal courts of the Eastern District of Louisiana and expressly submits to the jurisdiction of such courts and irrevocably waives any defense of inconvenient forum or lack of jurisdiction.

MISCELLANEOUS: If any term or provision of this Agreement, or any application thereof to any circumstances, shall, to any extent and for any reason, be held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of this Agreement, or the application of such term or provision to circumstances other than those to which it is held invalid or unenforceable, shall not be affected thereby and shall be construed as if such invalid or unenforceable provision had never been contained therein and each term and provision of this Agreement shall be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law. This Agreement sets forth the entire agreement and understanding between the Parties as to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior discussions or understandings between the Parties relating to the subject matter hereof. None of the terms of this Agreement shall be amended, modified or waived except in a written agreement executed by the Parties.
