Iced peach tea is a summertime favorite that forms the basis of this unique cocktail. The flavor of fresh peaches is perfectly paired with iced tea, vodka and herbaceous rosemary.
Combine White Peach Syrup, vodka, orgeat and tea in a shaker filled with ice and shake vigorously until well chilled.
Strain into a highball glass filled with ice. Garnish with peach slices and a sprig of rosemary.
White Peach Syrup
Combine peach puree, sugar and lemon juice in a small saucepan and bring to a simmer. Reduce heat to low and cook, stirring constantly, until sugar dissolves. Remove from heat; once cooled, add vanilla extract.
Transfer to a resealable container and store in refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
