Half & Half “Buckets”

Prep Time:

5 minutes

Yield:

2 bucket cups (32 oz each)

The Half & Half may have made its name as a golf-course classic, but now it’s being served up by the “bucket”! Pour half iced tea and half lemonade in a 32-ounce bucket-style cup (or use a deli container) filled with plenty of ice. It’s a delicious, lemony-sweet iced tea drink that’s simply perfect for front porches, backyard cookouts, game days and other good times.

Ingredients

  • 2 (32-ounce) bucket-style cups (or deli containers)
  • 2 cups Luzianne Iced Tea, strong brewed and cooled
  • 2 cups lemonade (fresh-squeezed or store-bought)
  • 4 cups ice (divided, about 2 cups per "bucket")
  • Lemon slices, for garnish (optional)
  • Fresh mint sprigs, for garnish (optional)

Directions

  1. Fill each 32-oz cup halfway with about 2 cups of ice.
  2. In a large pitcher, combine the iced tea and lemonade. Stir well.
  3. Pour the mixture evenly into the two cups, leaving room for extra ice and garnishes.
  4. Add additional ice to top off, if desired. Garnish with lemon slices or mint.
