Peach Tea Cocktail

Iced peach tea is a summertime favorite that forms the basis of this unique cocktail. The flavor of fresh peaches is perfectly paired with iced tea, vodka and herbaceous rosemary.
Ingredients
White Peach Syrup
- 1 cup white peach puree (found in specialty markets)
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Iced Tea
- 1 1/2 ounces White Peach Syrup (recipe follows)
- 1 1/2 ounces vodka
- 1/2 ounce orgeat syrup (we used El Guapo®️ Orgeat)
- 6 ounces brewed Luzianne®️ Iced Tea, chilled
- Ice
- Peach slices, for garnish
- Rosemary sprigs, for garnish
Directions
- Combine White Peach Syrup, vodka, orgeat and tea in a shaker filled with ice and shake vigorously until well chilled.
- Strain into a highball glass filled with ice. Garnish with peach slices and a sprig of rosemary.
White Peach Syrup
- Combine peach puree, sugar and lemon juice in a small saucepan and bring to a simmer. Reduce heat to low and cook, stirring constantly, until sugar dissolves. Remove from heat; once cooled, add vanilla extract.
- Transfer to a resealable container and store in refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
