Ciderberry Tea Ice Cubes

Yield:

6 large (2-inch) ice cubes

Festive ice cubes made with apple cider, Luzianne Tea, fresh fruit and sprigs of rosemary. Serve them with cocktails or in a punch bowl with our Ciderberry Tea Sparkling Punch!

Ingredients

  • 12 ounces Luzianne Iced Tea, brewed and chilled
  • 3 ounces fresh apple cider
  • 6 sprigs fresh rosemary
  • 6 thin slices apple
  • 18 fresh cranberries

Directions

  1. Use a silicone 2-inch ice cube mold (makes 6 cubes). In a pitcher or bowl, combine the tea and cider and mix well. Pour the liquid into the ice cube mold.
  2. Place 1 sprig of rosemary, 1 thin apple slice and 3 cranberries in each well of the mold and place in the freezer; freeze for at least 4 hours.
