Apple Chai-der is blend of chai tea concentrate and apple cider – a fall flavored sipper you can serve hot or iced. For a more spirited version, add some spiced rum and turn it into an easy, crowd-friendly cocktail.
Ingredients
- 1 cup Chai Concentrate
- 1 cup apple cider (or apple juice)
- 4 ounces spiced rum, optional
- Garnishes: Cinnamon stick, cinnamon powder or apple slices
Directions
For Hot Apple Chai-der:- In a small saucepan, combine chai tea concentrate and apple cider.
- Heat gently until warmed through (do not boil). Stir in spiced rum, if desired.
- Pour into mugs, garnish with a cinnamon stick, and serve.
- Fill two tall glasses with ice.
- Pour equal parts chai concentrate and apple cider over ice; add spiced rum, if desired. Stir to combine.
- Garnish with apple slices and a sprinkle of cinnamon and serve.
