
Iced Chai Latte with Pumpkin Spice Cold Foam

Enjoy a coffee-shop level iced chai latte loaded with pumpkin spice cold foam that’s so silky and delicious – and also very easy to make.
Ingredients
Pumpkin Spice Cold Foam- 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 2 tablespoons vanilla syrup
- 1 tablespoon pumpkin purée (from canned pumpkin)
- 1/8 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice + extra for dusting
- 1/2 cup Chai Concentrate
- 1/2 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
Directions
- Make the Cold Foam: In a small bowl, blender, or frother, combine the cream, milk, vanilla syrup, pumpkin purée, and pumpkin pie spice. Blend or whip until thickened but still pourable.
- Make the Latte: Fill a tall glass with ice. Pour in the Chai Concentrate and milk and stir to combine. Spoon or pour the pumpkin cold foam over the latte, dust lightly with more pumpkin pie spice, and serve.
