Party Size Mint Sweet Tea

Need lots of thirst-quenching refreshment? Serve this mint-infused sweet tea by the gallon. Brew a Luzianne gallon size tea bag, add homemade mint syrup and enjoy a cooling, delicious and economical iced tea for cookouts, beach trips and just to have in the fridge for the family.
Ingredients
- 1 Luzianne® Original Iced Tea Gallon Size tea bag (or 4 Family Size or 16 Individual Cup Size tea bags)
- 4 quarts fresh cold water, divided
- 1 cup Strong Mint Syrup
- Fresh mint leaves, for garnish, optional
Directions
- Bring 1 quart (32 ounces) cold water to a boil. Add the tea bag and steep for 3 to 5 minutes.
- Squeeze the tea bag to capture excess liquid, then remove and discard.
- Add the remaining water and the mint syrup and stir well. Refrigerate in a sealed container until well chilled.
- Pour into tall glasses over ice and garnish with sprigs of mint, if desired.
