Citrus Bloom Sparkler with Tea Ice Cubes

Keep a batch of these Citrus Bloom Tea Ice Cubes in the freezer for an easy, refreshing iced tea upgrade. Freshly brewed tea and sparkling citrus soda make a delicious sip — and to make it a cocktail, just add cucumber vodka and a little lemon simple syrup.

Ingredients

Citrus Bloom Sparkler

  • 1 Citrus Bloom Tea Ice Cube
  • 4 ounces brewed and chilled Luzianne Iced Tea
  • 4 ounces sparkling lemon lime soda
  • 1 sprig mint, for garnish

Citrus Bloom Tea Ice Cubes

  • 18 ounces brewed Luzianne Iced Tea
  • 3 thin sliced lemon rounds, cut in half
  • 3 thin sliced lime rounds, cut in half
  • 6 raspberries

Directions

  1. Make the Citrus Bloom Tea Ice Cubes: Arrange lemon and lime slices in a large ice cube mold with 6 wells. Pour in the tea and add a raspberry in each well, between the citrus slices. Freeze for at least 4 hours.
  2. Place a Citrus Bloom Tea Ice Cube in a rocks glass. Add the tea and sparkling lemon lime soda and garnish with a mint sprig.
  3. To make it a cocktail, add 1 ounce cucumber flavored vodka and ½ ounce lemon simple syrup.
