HOW TO ENTER FOR A CHANCE TO WIN: No purchase necessary. No email subscription signup necessary. Limit one (1) entry per person. Enter during the promotional period, beginning August 18, 2025 at 12 Noon EST and ending on September 8, 2025 at 12 Noon EST. The following action is required for entry and must be completed by 12 Noon EST on September 8, 2025: To enter for a chance to win, simply fill out your name, email and phone number on the ENTRY FORM and click the “Submit” button.
DRAWING: One (1) Grand Prize Winner (Winner) will be selected at random on or about September 8, 2025 by Luzianne® Tea officially designated representatives. The Winner will be notified via email and/or text message. If any selected winner does not respond (or such winner’s response is not received) within 24 hours of the first attempt to notify such winner, an alternate winner shall be selected for that prize.
PRIZE: Giveaway will be limited to one (1) Grand Prize Package awarded to one (1) Winner, following the conclusion of the promotional period. The prize package and each of its components will have no trade-in or substitution value and cannot be transferred or assigned. Winner is responsible for consulting a tax advisor if necessary and paying any and all taxes that may be due resulting from receipt of prize. The Winner, upon confirmation of eligibility, will receive the Luzianne® Tea & Atlanta Food & Wine Festival “Tea-rrific Giveaway” 2025 Grand Prize Package to include:

ELIGIBILITY: Open only to legal U.S. residents in the 50 states and the District of Columbia aged 18 years or older at time of entry, who are not otherwise ineligible. Void where prohibited or restricted. The persons in the following categories are not eligible to participate or win a prize in this promotion: Employees of Luzianne® Tea and Reily Foods Co. and Atlanta Food & Wine Festival, their respective affiliate companies, parent companies, subsidiaries, divisions, agents, advertising and promotion agencies involved in the promotion, and prize suppliers (collectively “Promotion Entities”) and the immediate families or persons who reside in the same household of the employees of the Promotion Entities. The Winner shall be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and/or, where legal, a Publicity Release and to return all required documentation within twenty-four (24) hours following receipt of said documents. In the event all required documents are not executed and returned within the prescribed period, the winner may be disqualified, and an alternate or alternates selected
TERMS AND CONDITIONS: There shall be no prize substitution, except that Luzianne® Tea, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to substitute a prize of comparable value for any component of the Grand Prize Package if any component of the offered Grand Prize Package is unavailable for any reason. The Grand Prize Package may not be assigned or transferred. Any prize notification returned as undeliverable may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. By accepting the Grand Prize Package, the Winner agrees that Luzianne® Tea and Atlanta Food & Wine Festival will have no liability or responsibility whatsoever for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind resulting from acceptance, possession or use/misuse of any component of the Grand Prize Package.

By participating, contestants release Luzianne® Tea and Reily Foods Co. and Atlanta Food & Wine Festival, their parents, divisions, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising/promotional agencies and prize suppliers and the employees, officers, directors, representatives, shareholders, successors, assigns and agents of any of the above organizations from any and all liability with respect to participation in the promotion or use/misuse of any component of the Grand Prize Package. CHOICE OF LAW; CONSENT TO JURISDICTION: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Louisiana without reference to any conflicts of law principles. With respect to any action for enforcement of this Agreement, each Party hereby consents to the exclusive jurisdiction of any State court located within the Parish of Orleans, State of Louisiana, and, if Federal jurisdiction exists, the concurrent jurisdiction of the Federal courts of the Eastern District of Louisiana and expressly submits to the jurisdiction of such courts and irrevocably waives any defense of inconvenient forum or lack of jurisdiction.
MISCELLANEOUS: If any term or provision of this Agreement, or any application thereof to any circumstances, shall, to any extent and for any reason, be held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of this Agreement, or the application of such term or provision to circumstances other than those to which it is held invalid or unenforceable, shall not be affected thereby and shall be construed as if such invalid or unenforceable provision had never been contained therein and each term and provision of this Agreement shall be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law. This Agreement sets forth the entire agreement and understanding between the Parties as to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior discussions or understandings between the Parties relating to the subject matter hereof. None of the terms of this Agreement shall be amended, modified or waived except in a written agreement executed by the Parties.
