Lavender Sugar Cubes

Make sweetening tea extra special by infusing sugar with flavors and forming it into cubes. For a tea party presentation, serve them in a dish along with other sweetening options.
Ingredients
- 1 cup superfine sugar
- 2 tablespoons fresh, food-grade (edible) lavender buds
- 2 teaspoons water
- silicone sugar cube molds
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
- Using a spoon, pack the sugar mixture into silicone sugar cube molds (mixture should be enough to make about 64 cubes).
- Let stand at room temperature or in a cool, dry place for at least 8 hours before unmolding.
